Elaine "Laney" Devers, age 77, went to her Heavenly home in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. She was born on Tuesday, September 9, 1947 in Helena, Arkansas to Robert and Allene Ramsey.

She enjoyed reading and traveling, but had a special love for her cat, Callie. Elaine was also a member of the Fourth Street Baptist Church.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her mother, Allene Ramsey; sisters, Margarette "Pokey" Galvan of Coal Hill, Arkansas and Tina Hollowell (Glenn) of Huntsville, Arkansas and a host of nieces and nephews.

Elaine is preceded in death by her father, Robert Ramsey; husband, Herman Devers and son, Michael Devers.

A graveside service for Elaine Devers will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2024 at LaGrange Cemetery in LaGrange, Arkansas. Brother Lance Madden will officiate. Interment will follow.
