Dale Lammers, 72, passed away on February 9, 2024. He was born on March 11, 1951 to Frank and Audrey Lammers. Dale worked at the Jonesboro Sun as a pressman for 28 years. He also worked as a heavy equipment operator and contractor until retirement. In his free time, Dale enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Phyllis Gambill.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 44 years, Darlene ''Tyke'' Lammers; daughters, Jillian (Steve) Pinkston and Julie (Cory) Goff; grandchildren, Cayden Elder, Payton Dale Lammers, Sloan Lammers and sister, Debbie McDole.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00am with John Travis officiating at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home. A visitation will precede on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 10:00am-11:00am at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home. Interment will be at Lorado Cemetery.

Those in honor of being pallbearers are Cayden Elder, Payton Lammers, Rod Bracken, Neil Gallion, Wade Gowen and Lynn Gowen.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Tidwell, Tim Bracken and Steve Hays.

Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
