of Mountain Home, AR

May 27, 1986 - January 16, 2024

Daniel Steven Urban Jr, 37, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away too early on January 16th, 2024.
Daniel was born on May 27th, 1986 to Katharine Tilley and Daniel Urban and raised by Katharine and Lonnie Tilley in Mountain Home alongside his three sisters, Jennifer Thompson, Jessica Strain and Tiffany Tilley. Daniel went to Mountain Home High School where he met Jackie Kelley in the 9th grade and was crazy about her ever since. On September 6th, 2008 and again on March 4th, 2016, Jackie Kelley became Jackie Urban and together they had four beautiful children, Phoenix age 11, Shawn age 7, Dean age 4 and Alysha age 2. Daniel's family was the only thing that mattered in his life, he loved to take his children to the park, out swimming, to sing to them and never missed a school event of theirs. He absolutely could not tell them no for any reason. Daniel was always the biggest teddy bear around and did not have a mean bone in his body. He loved to sing, play guitar, watch Supernatural and play video games and Dungeons and Dragons in his early days.
Daniel was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Dixie and Curt Schlueter, Bob Gardner, Maxcine and Frank Tilley and Grandma and Grandpa Arthur Urban and Jackie's Grandmother, Eva Kelley, as well as his Uncle Tommy Gardner, Jackie's Uncle Bobby Thompson and Daniel's father in law, Cecil Kelley Jr.
Daniel was survived by his wife and children, Jackie, Phoenix, Shawn, Dean and Alysha Urban; his mother and step-father, Katharine and Lonnie Tilley; his sisters, Jennifer Thompson, Jessica Strain and Tiffany Tilley; his brother in laws, David Thompson, Tim Strain, Johnny Kelley and Daniel Sanders; his mother and father in law, Yolanda and Richard Sanders and his 12 nieces and nephews, Destany Sailor and her husband, Glen, Paige, Summer, Kegan and Autumn Thompson, Mason Kupczyk, Maddison Caple, Wyatt, Piper, Haley, Emma and Waylon Strain and 1 great nephew, Noah Sailor.
Daniel lived the same way he passed, with all of his friends and family loving him and he will forever remain in our hearts as a far-out and groovy dude.
