Eunice "Dolly" Virginia (Shire) Manley, age 92, of Talent, Oregon and formerly of Yellville, Arkansas and Crest Hill, Illinois passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in Talent.

Dolly was born April 24, 1931 in Downers Grove, Illinois to Jason Eugene and Alice Florence (Patterson) Shire. She married Harold Frederick Manley September 2, 1950 in Downers Grove.

While living in Yellville, Dolly attended First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and she was also a member of the Community Choir.

She is survived by two sons, David H. Manley (Ann) of Adairsville, Georgia; Robert E. Manley (Dawn) of London, Kentucky; two daughters, Catherine Lois Hay of Dixon, Missouri and Pamela Joyce Rossio (Timothy) of Talent, Oregon; nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Harold June 15, 1995; seven brothers and one sister.

A graveside service will be 11:00 am October 20, 2023 at the Baxter Memorial Garden Mausoleum in Mountain Home, Arkansas with Rev. Dr. Pete Beevers officiating.
