Valerie Ann Thome (66), born 2-25-1957, left us 8-8-2023. Our momma loved to fish and was the queen of throwing horseshoes. She loved poker, bingo, and casinos almost as much as she loved her girls, grandkids and great- grandkids, and her trips with her sisters!

To say she is going to be missed is an understatement. Those who knew her couldn't help but love her. She was fun, outgoing and had no filter. Her personality and strength was amazing, she was everyone's rock and glue.

She has now joined her family that has gone before her, mom and dad (Jack and Dorris Smith); beautiful daughter, Toni Messer; 2 grandsons, Christopher James and Corey Wiley; her fiancé, Calvin Stiffler; brother, Jack Smith Jr., and brother-in-law, Bill Cresswell.

Those left here to miss her, 3 beautiful daughters that she loved whole heartedly, Billi Jo Dodson, Staci Thome, and Jenni (Cliff) Harrison; 12 grandkids, Haley, DaShawn, Jaden, Zachary, Chloe, Hannah, Clayton, Joseph, Madison, Drake, Kevin Jr., and Wyatt; her great grandkids, Tatum, Luca, and Cole; her sisters, Vick, Candy, Teena, and Christy, brother, John; cousin, Michelle and her aunt Joyce.

Her family will have a celebration later and all that loved her may attend.
