Bill Kelley, age 87, of Moon Lake, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on Monday, April 6, 1936 in Desha, Arkansas to the late Norman and Monnie Kelley. Bill was raised and attended school in Paragould, Arkansas. He was the owner of Bill Kelley's Classic Cars of West Helena, Arkansas, specializing in antiques, classics and street rods. Bill was a member of West Helena Baptist Church for 65 years. He had a 50 year pin as a Mason and was a Shriner. Bill enjoyed singing karaoke and piloting small planes.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joneta Briggs Kelley; two sons, Patrick Kelley (Julia) of West Helena, Arkansas and Phillip Kelley of Memphis, Tennessee; one daughter, Suzanne Kelley of Moon Lake, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Kyle Kelley (Melissa) of Paragould, Arkansas and Bree Fortner (Jeremy) of Southaven, Mississippi; six great-grandchildren, Kyla and Brody Kelley of Paragould, Arkansas and Luke Lilly, Blakely and Lafe Fortner of Southaven, Mississippi and one brother, Jerry Kelley (Peggy) of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Monnie Kelley.
