Gary Eugene Burrows, 59, of Charleston, Arkansas passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 in Charleston. He was born on July 10, 1963 in Wurzburg, Germany to his parents, Marvin Eugene Burrows and Mary Ann (Anhalt) White.
Alongside a long struggle with a debilitating illness, Gary achieved a successful career with Baldor in Fort Smith and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 12875 in Charleston.

He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Burrows and one brother, Larry Burrows.

He is survived by his wife of over 33 years, Tyna Burrows of Charleston; one daughter, Kristen Sheppard and husband, Matt of Charleston; one son, Kyle Burrows and wife, Anna of Springdale; his mother, Mary Ann White of New Blaine; one sister, Jackie Morrow of Clarksville and four grandchildren, Alyssabeth, Kinley, Katie and Charles.

Some of his greatest joy came from his four grandchildren. He also enjoyed working on old cars and carpentry projects. He maintained his sense of humor though life's many challenges.

A memorial rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston. The family would like to invite everyone to attend a wake in the hall following the rosary.

A memorial mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Fr. Norman McFall. Burial will be in St. Scholastica Cemetery near New Blaine under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com

Honorary pallbearers will be Ron Anhalt, Mike Mertin and Sean McPhillips.

Considering the impact that Arkansas Children's Hospital had on his life, donations to the hospital would be a great alternative in lieu of flowers.
