Billie Cooper, age 62, of Hernando, Mississippi passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022. She was born on November 30, 1959 in Marvell, Arkansas to Billy Moore and the late Dorothy Moore. Billie (Wezi) worked at Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi and she loved her work family. She loved to garden and grow plants, collect anything pertaining to frogs and butterflies. She was also a collector of old and antique purses. Her furry "Chevy" will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Cooper Sr.; son, Thomas M. Cooper Jr. (future daughter in law, Ally) of Hernando, Mississippi; four sisters, Judy Loomis, Sherry Jones (Robert) and Toni Rowland, Sarah Williams (Ed); brother, Wayne Moore (Cyndee).

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Moore; sister, Dorothy Jean and brother in law, Donnie Loomis.

A service for Billie Cooper will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home in Marvell, Arkansas. A visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. prior to service time at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Shauffhauser Cemetery in Marvell, Arkansas. Brother Kenny Lee will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Loomis, Mike Crisp, Ed Williams, Lee Williams, Caleb High and Jacob High.
