Mrs. Deborah "Debbie" Jane Manuel Ragan, 68, of Wynne, AR formerly of Keiser and Osceola, AR died Friday, November 25, 2022 in Jonesboro, AR at the NEA hospital.

Debbie's favorite pastime was her trips to Sam's Town. She especially enjoyed calling her kids so they could hear the bells and whistles the slot machine made during jackpot. She loved her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids greatly.

Mrs. Deborah Ragan was preceded in death by her late husband, Jerry Don Manuel (2008); her parents, Robert Guy and Bonnie Mae Davis-Staggs; two brothers, Charles and Jimmy Staggs and two sisters, Jerry Lynn Henderson and Nina Mae Womack.

She is survived by her husband, Roy C. Ragan of Wynne, AR; two children, Michelle Brooks (Robert) of Monette, AR, Justin Manuel (Lindsey) of Keiser, AR; five grandchildren, Courtnie Finley, Callie Clark, Cidnie Bollinger, Layla Manuel, Sebastian Glasgow and four great-grandchildren, Jessie Clark, Brooks Clark, Navy Bollinger and Addison Finley.

Visitation will be from 1-2 PM on Thursday. Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 2 PM at Roller Swift in Osceola, AR with Brother Josh Parker officiating.

Pallbearers are Sebastian Glasgow, Mark Robertson Jr., Don Henderson, Kenny Womack, Terry Womack and Leonard Baker.
