Anna Sue Polca, 86, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away in Conway, Arkansas on September 1, 2022. She was born on February 2, 1936 in El Paso, Arkansas to the late James Hubert Owens and Rebecca (Kirkpatrick) Owens.

She worked for International Shoe Company in Conway before becoming a full-time homemaker. Anna was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary in Conway. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" J. Polca; daughter, Brenda S. Henson; son, Victor J. Henson; brothers, Hershel H. Owens and James C Owens and sisters, Mary J. Bishop and Betty L. Hensley. She was also preceded in death by grandson, James Howard Henson; great-grandson, Kyle William Courville and great-granddaughter, Haley Morgan Hyatt.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, daughter, Rebecca "Sunshine" (Robert) McHughes of Conway; sons, James Owen Henson and Roger Dale (Melissa) Henson of Clinton; 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Anna is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews that she dearly loved.

Anna Sue will be lying in state at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, AR on Monday, September 5, 2022 until Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Graveside services will be Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, AR

Pallbearers will be Justin Smart, Hunter Smart, Chris Henson, Michael Henson, Drake Mayor and Regan Mayor.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Brown, Ferrell Chance, Daiton White, Cody Hensley, Scotty Hensley, David Courville and Jeremy McHughes.
