Lindell David Atkinson Sr., 70, of Conway, went to be with the Lord, April 23, 2022. He was born October 5, 1951 in Conway, Arkansas to the late C.D. and Helen Atkinson. Lindell graduated from Greenbrier High School and attended ASU Beebe and UCA. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Conway. Lindell worked for Central Arkansas Dust Control, Colonial Bread Co., Conway Human Development Center, and retired from L & K Vending. He loved sports of any kind and enjoyed many hobbies like fishing, country dancing, bowling, watching the dog and horse races, golfing, but more than anything he enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play ball. Lindell was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kathleen ''Kathy'' Atkinson, children, Lindell Jr. (Rhonda) Atkinson of Conway, AR, Lisa Atkinson- Lacy (John Lacy) of Prescott, AZ, and Lee Atkinson of Melbourne, AR, grandchildren, Bailee Atkinson and Carlee Atkinson, brother, Stephen (Felecia) Atkinson of Clarksville, AR.
Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2022 at 10:00AM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00AM Friday, April 29, 2022 at Roller McNutt with Burial following at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
