Daniel Frank Haberman 87 of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. He was born on October 18, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio to Norman and Josephine (Cury) Haberman. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, member and commander of the VFW in Mountain Home and the local American Legion, and a devout member of St. Peters the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mountain Home where he was a choir member for many years. He enjoyed oil painting, hunting, and was a talented musician and singer.
Daniel is survived by his wife Mary (Kay) Kobularcik of Mountain Home; son Richard Haberman of DeSoto, Texas; 5 daughters: Laura Haberman of Flower Mound, Texas, Debra Bell (Terry) of Mountain Home, Susan Faulkner (Bobby) of Flower Mound, Theresa Fisher (Steve) of Mountain Home, and Emilia Cheek of Mountain Home; Kay's 5 children: Cheryl Kobularcik, Debbie Valentine (Rich), Joe Kobularcik Jr., Donna Bahr (Chris), and Susan Berg (Greg) from Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky. He was a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 brothers: Thomas Haberman and Norman Haberman; and 2 sisters: Joan Fraser and Linda Van Ness.
He is preceded in death by wife June (Fredericy) Haberman, parents, daughter: Denise Haberman, 2 brothers: PFC David Haberman and Lawrence Haberman, sister: Susan Haberman, son in law: Monte Cheek, and grandson: Nicholas Faulkner.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00am on Friday, February 18, 2022 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Inurnment will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens followed by a Celebration of Life luncheon at the St. Peter's Catholic Church Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.
