Joyce LaJean Evans, age 73, of Ward, Arkansas, passed away January 29, 2022, at her home.

Joyce was born April 25, 1948, in Swifton, Arkansas, to Tommy and Bonnie (Henderson) Fowler. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arthur Evans, Jr, by siblings, Don Fowler, Randy Fowler, Billie Carol Fowler, Ann Romine, and Lori Fowler, and by brother-in-law, Jim Fenton.

Joyce was a homemaker and member of Lifeline Fellowship Church in Austin, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son Mark Evans and wife Kerri of Ward; three grandchildren, Hunter Evans, Bailee Stewart and husband Tom, and Brianna Evans; two great-grandchildren,

Noah and Hudson Stewart; and by siblings, Bonnie Fenton of Little Rock, Wanda Davis (Rick) of Cabot, Larry Fowler (Vickie) of Little Rock, Billy Fowler, Tina Fowler, Tammy Ristio (Tony) of Hot Springs, and Terry Fowler (Patsy) of Mayflower.

Visitation is Wednesday, February 2, at Noon and funeral services at 1:00 p.m., at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, North Little Rock. Interment will follow at Evans Cemetery, Cabot.
