Mr. Jesse L. Casey, 62, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, January 15, 2022 in North Little Rock, Ar. stepping out of time into eternity with Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior. He was born July 10, 1959 in Bakersfield, California to Joe Casey and Rita McClaine Casey Goshorn.

He was an Air Force Veteran of almost 22 years. After retiring from the Air Force he spent many years working for Work Force Services with the State of Arkansas. He liked playing D&D type games with his kids and friends. He enjoyed "creating" the world they were exploring, building the story and giving the highlights to his wife. He loved reading and often would sit outside listening to audio books and one of the kids would frequently join him for the story. He enjoyed taking the grandchildren for walks, helping them build things with blocks or Legos.

He treated with kindness anyone he encountered. He was a devoted husband and father, and loved his family beyond measure.

Jesse is survived by his wife: Dena Casey; 3 sons: James L., Wesley D. and Joseph C.; 2 daughters: Arianne Y. (Casey) Jones (Brandon) and Melanie N. Casey; 2 grandchildren: Ian Andrew Jones and Sophia Abigail Jones; mother Rita; brother David; sisters Janelle Norman, Shirley Amiretti & Shanon Casey-King. Also other family: step-mother Pat Casey, & stepsister Kim (Tony), nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Joe, nephew Ross & stepsister Janet.


God stepped out of Eternity into time so that we could step out of time into Eternity.
