Dawn Pietsch, 52, of Conway, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Dawn was born on September 25, 1969 in Oak Lawn, Illinois to Philip Pietsch and Mary Zytnowski. Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Mary, her grandparents, Walter and Angeline Zytnowski and Anthony and Rita Pietsch, her uncles, Wally, Ray and Larry Zytnowski and Dan Pietsch, and her cousin, Christin Wolff.
Dawn is survived by her children, Ashleigh Glover (Tyler), Alyssa Malik (Josh), and Evan Malik (Caitlin), her sisters, Kim Pietsch, Jennifer Pietsch, Robyn Gross, Sarah Schoon, and Mariah Talbot, her brothers, Kevin and Jeff Orlowski, and her three grandchildren, Jaxon, Lillie, and Kaytee Glover. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Dawn always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Dawn was eager to serve others and help in any way she could. She was an incredible mother, fantastic sister, beloved Mimi, and an amazing friend. She had a hilarious sense of humor and always joined in on the fun. Dawn was supportive of her children and her grandchildren in their endeavors, showing up for every graduation, wedding, birth, baseball game, and dance recital that she could.
Dawn was a lifelong fan of the Chicago White Sox. One of the greatest days of her life was when they won the World Series in 2005. Dawn also loved dolphins. She was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of swimming with dolphins on a trip to SeaWorld. She was also a huge fan of the country music singer Kenny Chesney. Her favorite song of his was ''When The Sun Goes Down.''
Dawn became known around Conway as ''The Condiment Cart Lady'' while working at Chick-fil-A. Bosses, co-workers, and customers became her friends before eventually becoming family. Dawn loved every minute of working at Chick-fil-A and was always excited to work CFA events. Before Chick-fil-A, Dawn worked at McDonald's, where she also made many lifelong friends.
To know Dawn was to love her. She will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
