Dorothy L. Hamilton, 75, of Booneville, Arkansas passed away December 31, 2021 at her home.

She was born October 25, 1946 in Russellville, Arkansas to her parents, Von Franklin Hamilton and Mamie (Spencer) Hamilton. She was a truck driver for John Christner Trucking and a member of Harmony Assembly of God Church. Dorothy loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her faithful companion, her dog, Bubbles. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy and yelling at the ducks as they walked by the window at her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; her husband, Bill Synder and one brother, Ralph Hamilton.

She is survived by her son, Ricky Von Safford of Booneville; one daughter, Octavia "Taffy" Plemmons and companion, Izaak Becerra of Booneville; four sisters, Reatha Phillips of Paris; Mary Thompson of Booneville; Jessie Robinson of Paris; Leann Floyd and husband, John of Branch; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; numerous other family members and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Harmony Assembly of God officiated by Rev, Shawna Clayton. Burial will follow in Caulksville Cemetery.
