Inge Marie Machis, age 90, passed away October 16, 2021 in Benton. She was born in Ludwigshafen, Germany to the late Gustav Schieler and Wilhelmine Arnold.

She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Stanley Machis and sister, Gerda Gentry.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Leon Gentry of Augusta, GA, a niece Diana Chase, nephew Daniel Gentry and special friends, Mary Large, Sue Harrison, Rita Brown, and Laurie and Brian Ply.

Inge was a faithful member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where she was a Eucharistic Minister and Children's Religious teacher. She had a passion for loving and rescuing dogs and cats.

Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, October 22, 2021 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home with visitation following until 8:00 p.m.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the church with Fr. Paul Worm officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery in Benton. Serving as pallbearers are Joe Riggan, Vernon Williams, Brian Ply, and Rick Lee.
