Freddie Levi Taylor

Freddie ''Bud'' Taylor was born March 16, 1929 and went to be with his Lord on October 4, 2021. He lived a full life of 92 years.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his daughter, Diana Ballard, 4 grandchildren, Natasha Duck (John), Kayla Landry (Eric) Emily Ballard, and Joshua Ballard (Shay) and 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild all of Marion, AR. He is also survived by 2 brothers Robert Taylor of Lansing, MI. and Douglas Taylor and a long list of nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly.

Bud was preceded in death by Mary Lou Taylor, his loving wife of 62 years, his parents Emily and Fred Taylor of Black Oak, AR. 2 brothers Bill Taylor of Marked Tree, AR, Jim Taylor of Flippin, AR, and 3 sisters Gertrude Gann of Sarasota, FL, Marie Criswell of Black Oak, AR, Betty Lou Guzman of Monte Alto, TX.

Bud was a retired trim carpenter for C & L Builders. He was known as one of the finest trim carpenters in the State of Arkansas. Everyone wanted him to finish their homes!

In retirement he loved sitting in the swing in the front yard with his great grandchildren and great-great grandson, spending time with his family, and watching baseball games on TV. He was often thought of as superman to his grandchildren.

Bud was a member of the Church of Christ HWY64 Marion, AR. He was a friend to all and will be deeply missed. He helped his neighbors, and had many great friends in the neighborhood who thought of him as family.
