Ethan Cooper, age 15, of Helena-West Helena, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021. He was born October 7, 2005 in Forrest City, Arkansas to Brian Cooper and Sereena Stafford Beckwood. Ethan attended 10th grade at Central High School in Helena. He had a passion for basketball and played for Central junior high, senior high and at the Helena Armory. He also attended West Helena Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Sereena Beckwood (Courtney); father, Brian Cooper (Cassie); three sisters, Savanna Rone, Isabella Beckwood, and Anastasia Beckwood; grandparents, Betty Hopper, Sandy Pate, and Pete Cooper (Gene); three uncles, Kevin Stafford (Aunt Melanie Stafford), Jr. Cooper, and Cody Smith; two aunts, Brandy Smith and Jessica Smith; his brothers and sister in arms, Johnny Weaver III, Tavon Casey, Allison Mora, Joe Mora, Jr., and Daulton Mora; a host of beloved great aunts, uncles, cousins and his girlfriend, Vicky, whom he loved very much.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Clifford and Joe Ann Terry.

A graveside service for Ethan Cooper will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2021 at Central Cemetery in Lexa. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Brother Steve Cannon will officiate.

Pallbearers are Chris Jarrett, Johnny Weaver III, Tayvon Casey, Troy Tavus, Dominic Blaine and Juan Acosta.
