Veda Duncan, 83, of Clinton, Arkansas gained her angel wings on Thursday, September 16, 2021. She was born May 16, 1938 to Presley and Ida Willoughby.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Presley and Ida Willoughby, husband, Billy Wayne Duncan, children; Carolyn Ann Duncan and Ricky Wayne Duncan.

Veda married the love of her life Billy Wayne Duncan December 10, 1955. They were married 45 years prior to Billy's passing. Veda was a homemaker and loved to quilt and embroider dish towels. Our mother missed her calling as a nurse. She took care of people all of her life and still continued to do so even in the nursing home. She had a smile every day and never complained, even when she should have. Her laugh was infectious and genuine.

Left to cherish Veda's memory are her children; Stephen Lloyd Duncan (Martina), Billie Ann Duncan (Randy), grandchildren; Zachary Panel, Mercedes Duncan and Alexis Gearhart, great-grandchildren; Ty Duncan, Kingston Duncan and Paisley Gearhart, sisters; Judy Roberts, Betty Bellinger and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Bluffton Cemetery near Botkinburg, Arkansas.
