Robbie Lay, 73, of Conway, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at her home. Mrs. Lay was born Monday, March 1, 1948 to the late Gladys and Herbert Williams in Conway, Arkansas.

Robbie worked was a Supervisor for the Kimberly Clark Corporation for over thirty years. Some of her hobbies included genealogy, painting, quilting and do-it-yourself projects. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Lay was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Loyd Williams, Farrell Williams, Lonnie Williams, one sister; Hazel Tatro, and granddaughter Lacey Annette Mahan.

Left to cherish her memory are, her loving husband of thirty-one years; Max Lay, two sons; Tim Ragland (Leslie) of Conway, Arkansas, Jim Lay (Crystal) of Texas, two daughters; Michelle O'Neill of Conway, Arkansas, Tamra Alexander of Conway, Arkansas, ten grandchildren; Ashley Echols(Britton), Austin Duncan(Stephanie), Addison O'Neill, Justin Cockrum(Rebecca), Keli Cockrum, Sarah Craven, Abigail Dycus(Nathan), David Ragland, Jesse Ragland, Brodie Lay, nine great-grandchildren; Hunter, Haeleah, Hannah, Everly, Emma, Lyla, Robert Clell, Lillian, Gracie, one brother; Roger Williams of Conway, Arkansas, three sisters; Margaret Hale of Conway, Arkansas, Carolyn Elmore (Louis) of Kansas, Shirley Swoda (Donald) of Texas, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside Service for Mrs. Lay will be 2 pm Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, Arkansas. Sister Ashley Echols will officiate.
