Roy Talley, 56, of England, Arkansas died Sunday, August 1, 2021. Roy was born on May 29, 1965 in England, Arkansas to Noel and Lou Ella Talley.
Roy was a dedicated employee of the city of England for over 30 years serving as Manager of the Street Department. Roy was a member of the Baptist faith, he loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting often, he was a member of the Keo/England Hunting Club.
Survivors include his wife Janey; three sons: Austin Talley, William Jenkins, Billy Jenkins (Ashley); one daughter: Sonya Hanna (Jerry); sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial services for Roy will be on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. in the chapel of Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
