Judy Lynn McClung

of Marshall, AR

October 6, 1953 - July 21, 2021

Judy Lynn McClung, age 67 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021 at North West Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born in Hanford, California on October 6th, 1953 to Homer Berry and Martha Sarratt Berry.

Judy was a loving wife, mother, nana, and sister. She married the love of her life Jim McClung on August 7th, 1971, that is the day that her most favorite role began as a wife and soon to be mother. Together they had four children. Jim and Judy welcomed their first child Kelly Diann McClung on June 11, 1972. Soon after her birth, God took Kelly to heaven. Judy missed Kelly dearly and talked about her often. We believe Kelly needed her mother in heaven, now Judy is there with her, rocking her sweet, perfect baby girl. Judy was the best caretaker there ever was, she gave the best hugs, most wise advice, was a peacemaker, and overall she had one of the purest of hearts. God, her husband, and her family were the three most important things in her life and she made it her life goal to let her kids and grandkids know that she was always there to love them and take care of them. Judy was the glue that helped hold her family together. Judy loved to put puzzles together and play I Spy games on her computer. She also loved animals, specifically her cats. She was a wonderful homemaker and an amazing cook. She would often cook in her high heels, curled hair, and pink lipstick. Judy taught us all the value of family and how important it is to stick together no matter what. The many life lessons that came from Judy will never be forgotten. "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." Matthew 5:8-9

Survivors include her husband, Jim McClung, of the home; one brother, Alfred Berry of Atkins; three sons, Jamie McClung of Canaan, Kevin McClung and wife Heather of Marshall, Randy McClung and wife Nikki of Morning Star; eleven grandchildren, Kelsie Smith and husband Colby of Marshall, Kindra McClung of Marshall, Kelly McClung of Marshall, Tyler McClung of Marshall, Dalton McClung of Marshall, Kenney McClung of Bald Knob, Lance McClung of Bentonville, Dylan McClung of Morning Star, Kayla McClung of Morning Star, Carlee Martin of Marshall, Brooke McClung of Morning Star; one great granddaughter, Arielle Smith; one niece, Lesley Berry Shipp and husband Noah of Damascus, one nephew Jeffrey Berry of Morrilton: and many other nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family who will miss her dearly.
