Jean Nolen Price, 90, of Beebe, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on July 20, 2021. She was born July 28, 1930 the eleventh of thirteen children to the late Monroe Leonard Nolen and Carrie Elizabeth Adkisson Nolen. Jean graduated in 1950 from Mt. Vernon High School and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was a natural caregiver. She helped care for her mother-in-law, mother, beloved sister Nora Mae, her husband of 57 years whom she married July 2, 1955, Eddie (Edral) R. Price and, of course, her children. Jean also enjoyed gardening, canning, mowing and completing intricate puzzles. A puzzle was always in progress on the end of the kitchen table until glaucoma diminished her eyesight.

In addition to her husband and parents, Jean is also preceded in death by her brothers: C.L. Nolen, Elvin Nolen, Leonard Nolen, Boothe Nolen, Doyle Nolen; sisters: Opal Leslie, Bernell Gaylor, Berthell Breeding, Erma Arnold, Bessie Ward, Nora Mae Nolen and Dean Cranford; and one granddaughter, Victoria Emberson.

Survivors include her son, Rex Price of Searcy; daughters, Dana (Greg) Emberson of Beebe and Paula (Breck) Emberson of Searcy; grandchildren: Caleb (Amber) Emberson of Greenbrier, Colby (Mandy) Emberson of Searcy, Jared (Addison) Emberson of Tacoma, WA, Alexandria Emberson of Fayetteville and Audrey Emberson of Searcy; 6 great grandchildren; sister-in-law and valued friend, Melva Price Campbell and her beloved nieces, nephews and many friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the Beebe Retirement Center, Unity Health (E.R. and Tower 3) and Elite Hospice for the care given to Jean.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, July 23rd at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy. Services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2021 in the Chapel of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Internment will follow at Honey Hill Cemetery.
