Eddith L. Moore Baldwin, 89, of Memphis, passed away on Friday July 16, 2021 at her home. She was born in Wynne, Arkansas to Mabel Mauppin Moore and William Julius Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 64 years, Benjamin G. Baldwin, her brother ''Buddy'' Moore, and sister pearl M. Pollock. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, William Baldwin, and daughter-in-law Pam Baldwin, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
Eddith retired from City of Memphis Comptroller's Office, where she worked 27 and a half years. Eddith's interests included all types of crafts including teaching ceramics, making porcelain dolls, and sewing, and she loved watching baseball. She also enjoyed traveling in her RV with her husband.
The family will receive friends at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas on Wednesday July 21 from 10AM until 11AM for visitation which will be followed by a 2:30PM graveside service the same day at Memphis Funeral Homes Memory Hills Garden Cemetery at 3700 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133.
The family requests, in Lieu of flowers, for memorial donations to be made to St. Jude Children's research Hospital (www.stjude.org/donate).
