Daniel Allen Forrester, 55 of Roland, Arkansas passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at his home. He was born July 31, 1965 in Little Rock and grew up in Roland, Arkansas. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Wilma Jean and Cecil Alfred Forrester of Roland. He is survived by his wife who was the love of his life, Melissa Penney Moore Forrester, the children of his heart: RJ Moore and wife, Ashley, grandchildren Jay, Cooper and Micaela Moore and Mitchell Moore and Fiancé, Mariah Richardson. His beloved brothers: Jeff Forrester and wife, LaWanda, of Bigelow, Ricky Forrester of Roland, beloved sister, Jurita Forrester of Murfreesboro, Arkansas and Mother and Father-in-law, James and Barbara Penney of Roland who loved him as their own child. He was also survived by his beloved nephews and nieces: Brian Forrester and wife, Serena, Donald Benson and wife, Desirae, Ladonna Nelson and husband, Matt and cherished friends too numerous to name, including his cat BB8. Danny graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School in 1984 and obtained a degree in Electronic Technology. He worked for Liberty Trailer for many years and has worked for Central Arkansas Water for the last 5 years. Danny loved playing music -drums and guitar - and once opened for the Beach Boys. He played with the FM Band, loved golf, skiing, hunting and fishing and being with his family and friends. Danny's greatest loves were his wife, Melissa who he always called ''Baby Doll'' and being ''Pops'' to his grandchildren who adored him in return.
Danny was an example of boundless love and generosity, willingness to lend a helping hand and kindness to all. He will be forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 6-8 pm at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock with Funeral Mass held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 33223 Hwy 300, Roland (Little Italy), AR on Thursday, June 24, at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Forrester, Brian Forrester, Joey Forrester, Chuck Fletcher, Jim Penney, Jim Wiley and Donald Benson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky Forrester, Mike Blair, Todd Shaw and Matt Nelson.
