Edward "Eddie" Vaughn Watts, age 71 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, June 12th, 2021 at Special Select Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born in California on April 15th, 1950 to GV Watts and Marilyn Smith Watts.

Eddie was married to Hendrixetta Passmore Watts for 50 years. He was a butcher, a farmer and retired from the Arkansas State Highway Department in 2013 after 26 years of service. Eddie loved to spend time at the farm tending to his cattle, fishing, hunting and visiting with his brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Hendrixetta Passmore Watts of the home; one son, Wacey Watts and wife Jennifer of St. Joe; grandsons, Jackson Wade Watts and Kainen Drew Watts; brothers, Erle Watts (Teresa) of Leslie, Glenn Watts of Leslie and Jerry Watts of Jasper; sister-in-law, Judy Wright of Leslie; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will also mourn his passing.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, GV and Marilyn Watts; and sister, Rita Watts Manning.

Graveside services for Eddie will be 10:00 AM Monday, June 14th, 2021 at Watts Family Cemetery in Leslie, Arkansas with Bro. Tommy Jolly officiating. Bearers will be Erle Watts, Glenn Watts, Jerry Watts, Ben Watts, Charlie Joe Watts and Ty Watts. Honorary bearers will be Jackson and Kainen Watts.
