Gale Knight, 74, of Bono, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at her home. She was born February 12, 1947, in Bono to Clyde and Myrle (Rush) Tate. Gale worked for the county Landfill in accounting until retirement. She was a member of Cache River Pentecostal Church. She loved ceramics and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Gale was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Loyd Knight Jr.; and siblings, Linda Tate Lemuel Tate and Glenda Pulliam.

Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Gale include her husband of 56 years, Loyd Knight; a son, Larry Knight; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Nick Tate and Donnie Tate; and a sister Phyllis Ashby.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, May 1, at Trinity Cemetery in Bono.

Ronnie Bounds, Gary Bounds, Johnie Bounds, Ray Neal Bounds, Aaron Knight and Nathan Knight will serve as pallbearers.

No visitation is scheduled.
