A loving husband and Papaw, Bill is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Jones, daughter, Rachel Simpson (Dwayne), grandchildren, Logan Simpson (Jordan), Katlyn Simpson (Jake), Randi Nalley (Parker).

No public service will be held.
