Mr. Joseph V. LeBlanc, 94, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, April 07, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 14, 1926 to Edward, Sr. and Hildagonde LeBlanc. He was a Lieutenant Commander Aviator in the Navy for 21 years and he owned his own business, Shurite Meters. He was the King of T.O.P.S in 2015, a facilitator for the Pietz Cancer House, Chairman for the Republican Party of Baxter County, and several other services.

Joe was a very friendly man who always had a kind word for everyone. He seemed to know everyone in town and even if he didn't, he never met a stranger.
