Daniel Patrick Benson (D P) unfortunately died at home on Friday, March 12, 2021, at the age of 65. Born to Daniel and Patricia Benson on October 3, 1955, in Madison, Wisconsin, Daniel was the first documented case in medical history to have had polio in-utero. Thus, he was a poster child for March of Dimes.

Fame followed him into the workplace as a young adult working together with his father at Benson Pump. His father was proud of his extraordinary, natural ability for sales. Following his father's passing, Daniel continued to grow Benson Pump into the successful company it is today. Daniel was a magnet for fun and was loved for his sense of humor and wit.

Daniel is survived by his spouse/husband of 31 years, Tony Bowls; his 2 sisters, Deborah Steinbeck and Leigh Benson; his brother Kirk Benson, and multiple nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled Friday, March 19, 2021, at 2 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1115 College Ave, Conway, Ark. 72032.
