Becky Mize, 69, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021. She was born February 15, 1952, in Walnut Ridge to Dent and Gloria (Oldham) Mize. Becky worked as a nurse at St. Bernards Medical Center for the past thirty-five years before retiring in 2017. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father; paternal grandparents, Crock and Ruth Mize; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Willie Oldham; and niece, Rachel Easley.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother; brothers, Denny (Anne) Mize, and William Mize; sisters, Margaret (Jerry) Easley, Lesia (Alan) Oldman, Cecilia (Mark) Stanley, and Melinda (Jeff) West. She also leaves behind a host of cherished nieces and nephews lovingly known as her babies.

A graveside service for Becky will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Steve Bennett officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Alan Oldman, Stephen Woodward, Chris West, Jonathan Duffel, Matt Barnett, and Scotty Redden.

We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and all attendees must provide and wear masks during the graveside service.
