Judy Elaine Parks, age 69 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 at her home with family by her side. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on March 28th, 1951 to Albert Preddy and Ruby Griffin Preddy.

Judy attended The Lord's House of Prayer in Marshall. She worked as a supervisor at Flintrock Shirt Factory for 30 plus years and went on to work several more years at ZacBac Apparel until her retirement. The last ten years of her life were spent helping her husband George, whether driving him to the deer stand or helping him on the farm, she was always by his side. Many years ago Judy's mother planted flowers in the yard and Judy spent many happy hours tending and working the flower garden. Her greatest joy came from spoiling and being with her grandchildren. Judy's strong presence will be greatly missed by those closest to her.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, George Parks Jr. of the home; two children, Sherri Parks Ragland of Marshall and Brian Parks and wife Tina of Conway; grandchildren, Curtis Ragland (Erin) of Mt. Vernon, Briana Redman (Adam) of Marshall, Landra McBee (Aaron) of Harrison, Blain Parks of Conway and Laynee Parks, also of Conway; great-grandchild, Marney Ragland; brother, Jim Preddy of Marshall; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family who will also mourn her passing.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ruby Preddy.

Funeral services for Judy will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Tommy Jolly and Bro. Kelly Johnson officiating. Special music will be performed by Karen Ragland and Gladys Crumley. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Monday, March 15th, 2021 in the Chapel. Burial will be in Rambo Cemetery near Marshall, Arkansas. Bearers will be Curtis Ragland, Blain Parks, Corey Preddy, Pat Norman, Aaron McBee and Darrell Mainord. Honorary bearers will be Adam Redman, Randy Hazelwood and Chad Ragland.

While the capacity limitations have been lifted for our state in regards to large gatherings we are still doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 and all attendees must provide their own masks and wear before entering. We are also practicing social distancing.
