Billy Edward Westover, 73 of Altus, AR., passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 in Altus, AR with his loved ones by his side. Bill was born December 14, 1947 in Rock Springs, WY to his parents Albert Westover and Jacquieta Fay (Jacobs) Westover. Bill was a member of the Jehovah Witness. He retired from teaching fifth and sixth grade Science and Math, he was a police officer in Texas, and he had many other jobs. He enjoyed trout fishing on the White River, and scuba diver in Texas.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Westover and Jacquieta. Fay (Jacobs) Westover.
Bill is survived by his spouse of 43 years Mary (Hamilton) Westover, one son, five daughters, numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and one sister Carol Holland.
