Mark Cravens Fulmer of Scranton, AR, passed away at the age of 58 on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in Ft. Smith, AR. Mark was born October 02, 1962 in Paris, AR to Kenneth Fulmer and Nenah Jean (Cravens) Fulmer. Mark was a member of Second Baptist Church of Clarksville, AR, where he has served as a deacon for 15 years. He has been married to his wife, Anna, for 25 years. He was employed by Wal-Mart D.C 6082 for 26 years. Before his employment at the D.C., he owned and operated a dairy farm with his father, Kenneth Fulmer.
Mark loved working with cows and loved working in the hay. One of his favorite past times was camping with his family and playing card games with friends and family. His family finds great comfort during this time in knowing Mark is in the presence of his Lord and Savior.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fulmer.

Mark is survived by his spouse of 25 years, Anna Fulmer, of Scranton; son, JonMark Fulmer, of Dover, AR; daughter, Marana Fulmer, of Clarksville, AR; mother, Nenah Jean Fulmer, of Scranton, AR; Brother and Sister-in-LawCharles Fulmer and Terry Fulmer of Fort Smith, AR., Sister and Brother-in-law Ellen Schluterman and Sam Schluterman, of Subiaco, AR; one niece, Jessica Philmon, of Chismville, AR; two nephews, Brad Schluterman of Paris, AR and Jeff Schluterman of Ozark, AR, and three great nieces and two great nephews. He was an integral part of the Churchwell family. Survivors include Larry and Mary Churchwell of Booneville, AR; Marilyn Churchwell of Odessa, TX; John Churchwell of Gloucester, MA; and David Rice of Searcy, AR. He is also survived by a host of family and friends who loved him dearly.

Visitation is 12:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Second Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 2 P.M, immediately following the visitation at Second Baptist Church. Bro. Tom Dicus and Bro. Frank Henson will be officiating the service. The service will be live-streamed on the Second Baptist Church, Clarksville, Arkansas Facebook page.

We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines; all attendees must provide and wear their own masks and practice social distancing during the service.
