Verlean Washington (Ealy) Fields, was born February 22, 1938 in Damascus, AR. She was the fourth child of the Late Taft Ealy, Sr. and Hester (Thompson) Ealy. In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her husband, James Fields, son Rickey James Lee Fields, brothers, Kapolean, Hubert, Clifton and Calvin Ealy and her sister, Nadean Guiden.

Sis Verlean professed a hope in Christ at an early age. She united with the Solomon Grove Baptist Church and later united with the Zion Grove Baptist Church. Sis Verlean departed this life February 2, 2021.

She attended the Solomon Grove School in Damascus, AR. She graduated from Pine Street High School in 1956 in Conway, AR. Sis Verlean retired from Amtran Bus plant in Conway, AR.

Sis Verlean is survived by granddaughters, Latoreya Fields of Twin Groves, AR and Desiree Fields of Conway, AR. She is also survived by great grandchildren, Jakobe Kennon, Zakayla Gilbreath and Shakiara Gilbreth of Twin Groves, AR, Amilliah Thomas, Quarziah Randolfnand Quarniah Randolf all of Conway, two great-greatgrandchildren of Conway, Eight brothers; Howard Ealy (Telitha), Billy L.C. Ealy (Caralyn), Ralph Ealy (Rebecca), Dennis Ealy (Annie), William T. Ealy (Loretta) all of Twin Groves, AR, and Bobby T.L. Ealy (Ernestine) of Shawnee, OK and one sister, Almenta Blackwell of Twin Groves, AR, two sisters-in-law, Euenell Ealy of Greenbrier and Maetta Ealy of Conway, and her brother-in-law, Joshua Guider of Twin Groves.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier at 10:00AM. Rev. Avis Hall officiating. Pallbearers are her Brothers. Visitation will be on Friday February 12, 2021 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Burial will be in Zion Grove Cemetery, Twin Groves.
