Estelle L. Wooten of Hot Springs Village passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021.

She was born in Citronelle, Alabama to Henry Lewis and Louise (Andrews) Lewis.

Estelle was of the Presbyterian faith; a mother of seven children and a friend to everyone she met. She worked for Sears and Montgomery Ward, she also operated Hand Appliance; but her favorite job of all was teaching at Batesville Junior High School (BJHS).

Survivors include her two sons, Roger Wainwright of Maumelle, Arkansas and Curtis Wainwright (Leslie) of Saraland, Alabama; five daughters, Dina Brooks (David O'Brien) of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Janet Gray (Chester) of Douglasville, Georgia, Linda Fleming (Bill) of Milton, Florida, Marlaine (Lonnie) Byrd of Wilmer, Arkansas, and Karen Harris of Benton, Arkansas; two sisters, Mildred Prades of Prattville, Alabama and Vickie Lankford of Saraland, Alabama; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James A. Wooten; her first husband, Oliver Wainwright; granddaughter, Tera Brooks; son-in-laws, Danny Brooks, David Harris, and Danny Reeves; three brothers; and one sister.

Pallbearers are Dallas Malone, Fred Lott, Jeromy Bunch, Dylan Harris, Eric Taylor, and Billy Fleming. Honorary pallbearer will be Jon Wainwright.

"For all the people in my life that I love; you are invited to my wake and funeral" (Estelle L. Wooten).

Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Dennis Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville.

A wake will be held from 9:00 - 10:00 am Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made in her honor to First Presbyterian Church, 775 E Boswell St, Batesville, AR 72501 or Fairfield Presbyterian Church, 410 S Fairfield Dr, Pensacola, FL 32506.

We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks and social distancing will be observed.
