Frances Bernice Watts Williams, Age 70 of Marshall, AR went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Ozark Health in Clinton AR. She was born in Marshall, AR on July 14th 1950 to Ralph and Imogene Davis Watts.

She was a Loving, thoughtful, outgoing person who enjoyed joking and cutting up with people. She had a bubbly personality and never met a stranger. She was a Good Christian woman who attended Red Oak Freewill Baptist church. She loved to "GO" ..anywhere. She was always thought of as the "Fun Aunt", she always took the kids in the family to the skating rink in Morning star and always made sure we were "thrilled" going over thrill hill. She was quite the prankster. She loved to look at and enjoy their garden. She loved to bake and used any excuse to make delicious desserts. Over the years she worked as a Home Health aide, a Head Start aide, worked on the dairy farm & woodworking shop. She was a mom of 2 wonderful daughters & wife of an amazing husband.

She was preceded in death by: her parents Ralph and Imogene, 3 brothers Carroll, Rudolph (Rudy), Jackie Lynn and various other family members.

Survived by: Her adoring husband of 52 years Donald Gene, 2 wonderful daughters Melissa & Jeffery Jackson of Gassville, Wendy & Scott Barnett of Marshall. Her sisters Colene Gordon of St Louis MO, Thelma Nadine Marshall, of Marshall and her brother Kenneth (Kenny) of Hillsboro, MO. A host of Nieces and Nephews to numerous to name. Special friends Carla Harness, Norma Babb, Fay Graham and several other family and friends who will mourn her passing.

Graveside service: Monday Jan 25, 2021 at 2pm at the McDaniel Cemetery in Marshall with Bro. Kenny McDaniel officiating.Pallbearers: Jeffery Charles Jackson, John Allen Watts, Micky Ralph Langston, Ray Hartley, Tim Altman, Doug Morrison. Honorary pallbearers: Joe Dale Williams, Scott Barnett, Timmy Watts, Bill Jackson, and other friends and family.
