Cecil Leonard Kelley Jr., age 55 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, January 7th, 2021 at his home with family at his side. He was born in White County, Arkansas on September 5th, 1965 to Cecil Leonard Kelley Sr. and Eva Grace Nalley Kelley.

Cecil spent his working years as a flooring installer. He was excellent at his trade and took great pride in his work. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed many happy hours hunting, fishing, trapping, camping, floating the river and riding four-wheelers. He also liked to rebuild motors and work on cars. Cecil loved spending time with his family and he loved his grandchildren with all of his heart.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Teleena Barrett Kelley of the home; his sons, Johnny Edward Kelley of Oakland and Cecil Leonard Kelly III "Trey" of Marshall; his daughters, Jackie Marie Urban (Daniel) of Mountain Home and Brittany Nichole Estes (Ruger) of Pottsville; grandchildren, Parker, Sean, Phoenix, Dean, Melody and Millie; brother, Loyd Kelly of Little Rock; and close friend and cousin, Ricky Beck.

Cecil is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Kelley Sr. and Eva Kelley.

A memorial service for Cecil will be held at a later date.
