Martha E. Sparks, 98, of North Little Rock, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021. She was born on April 3, 1922 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Pleas and Annie Glover.

Martha loved her church family and was an active member of Park Hill Baptist Church for over 50 years. She was a giving person who selflessly gave her time to family and those she loved. Martha was a humble woman, letting her lifeworks speak for itself. She adored working with children and was a Preschool Teacher for many years for CDC at Park Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling and had many adventures with Jim. Above all, Martha loved the Lord with all her heart and devoted her entire life to Him.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Hasse, Betty Johnson (Duane), Beverly Greene (Larry); 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by both her spouses, Kenneth Todd and James Sparks; brothers, Clifton, Jessie and Hassel Glover; sister, Faerene Quaille; and granddaughter, Heather Greene.

A service will be held on Friday, January 8, at 12:00 P.M. with a visitation one-hour prior at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A private graveside for family will follow after the services.

Due to COVID restrictions, attendees are required to provide and wear their own masks.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Park Hill Baptist Church general fund in North Little Rock.
