Harold ''Bud'' Ellis, 84, of Hardy, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his home. He was born December 26, 1936 in Little Rock to Harvey and Myrtle (McKenzie) Ellis. Harold worked as a commercial painter and was a Mason. He loved to hunt, fish and travel with his wife.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Ellis; a granddaughter, Brandie Ellis; three brothers, Cecil, Carol and Raymond Ellis; and an infant sister.

Those left behind to cherish the memories of Harold include his loving wife of 66 years, Nancy (Woods) Ellis; a daughter, Connie (Waylon) Ingle; nine grandchildren, Randie Marthey (Preston), Buddy Ingle (Taylor), Tasha Blackburn (Terry), Chris Ingle (Erika Askeland), John Ingle (Valene), Michael Ellis (Trish), Anglea Ellis, Elizabeth Ellis and Joshua Ellis; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; three sisters, Dorothy Berry, Mathlee Ledbetter and Linda Maxwell; and a daughter-in-law, Rosie Ellis.
