Vivian Berneice Phillips, age 90, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020, surrounded by her family. The daughter of Oscar and Ida May (Stark) Bounds was born on December 17, 1929, in Depew, Oklahoma. Her parents preceded her in death.

Vivian was a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church, where she was in the church choir and worked many of the church's activities. Vivian met and married Tilden Allen Phillips enjoying. They raised four children together and she enjoyed being a grandmother to all of her grandchildren. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Extension Homemakers.

Vivian is survived by her husband, Tilden Phillips; her daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda R. and Bobby Earwood and Jackie and Larry Melton; her sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Debbie Davenport of and Scott G. and Tracy Phillips.
