William "Bill" Newton Book, age 79, of North Little Rock, passed away December 12, 2020.

He was born November 2, 1941, in Greenway, Arkansas, to Herbert and Gladys Book. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Henry, Delphia, and Frieda.

Bill was an Army veteran and member of Free Will Baptist Church. He loved to fish and deer hunt.

A loving husband, father and brother, Bill is survived by his wife Joan Alene Book; four children, Tracey (Dave) Hook, William "Bill" Book, Jr., Gail (Donnie) White, and Misty (Kevin) Livesay; two siblings, Fred (Linda) Book and Goldie (Don) VanWagner; sister-in-law, Juanita Book; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Saturday, December 19, at 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home.

All attendees are required to provide and wear a mask.
