Leslie Ann Gatlin, 74, went the be with the Lord November 14, 2020. She was born January 11, 1946, in Freeport, Illinois to Virgil and Iros Lawver. Leslie was a member of Parkway Place Baptist Church and generously supported several animal rescue and charitable organizations. Known for her ready smile, upbeat disposition, and words of encouragement, she will be greatly missed.

Leslie is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ricky Gatlin, and her son, Del Rees. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Rees Smith, Jacqueline's husband Danniwayne, several cousins and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Leslie's name to the Humane Society of Pulaski County. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 19th, at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway. We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
