December 16, 1943 - September 10, 2020

Lloyd Wayne Archer, was born on December 16th, 1943 in Newport, Ar. He was born to Herbert Archer and Thelma (Tackett) Archer.
Wayne worked a lifelong trade building custom cabinets. He earned an honest living, honorable name and much respect from his work ethic, honest handshakes and quality of work. He was an avid hunter and fisher since he was a young boy. He carried this love throughout his life! He took great pride in passing down these traditions down to his children and grandchildren and so many priceless memories were made doing these very things.
He was the most unselfish person I knew and he helped so many along the way. He came from humble beginnings, filled with many tough days. Those tough days created a tough man. He was always grateful for what little he had and was determined to work for what he didn't. His life struggles only made him his heart bigger and not bitter! He never shied away from a hug, kiss or I love you's.
His dementia stole so much from him. But what remained was more precious than gold. He never lost the love for his wife of 48 years, or love for his children, grandchildren and family. Most of all he never lost his love and belief in his Savior Jesus Christ!
He is a man that can never be replaced, no one can fill his shoes and he will be missed every second of every day, until we all meet again.
He is survived by two children, Dewayne Archer, of Timbo, AR, and Catherine Martin (Keith) of Onia, AR; brother Danny Archer (Linda) of Mtn. View, AR; sisters Mary Rigsby, of Rose Bud and Lora White (James) of Colorado Springs CO; grandchildren, Jonna Young of Kansas City, Kansas, Lyndsey Libertus (Dustin), of Mo., Jerrod Archer, Mo., John Archer, CT, Hailey Baskins (Brandon) of Bald Knob, AR , Mariah Smith, Onia, AR, Garrett Smith, and wife Rainy of Onia, Erica Martin, Conway, AR, Jesyca Beach and husband Jesse Beach of Georgia; 15 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great- Great Granddaughter, and many more close family and friends.
