Dale Harris Jensen, age 87 of Flippin, Arkansas passed from this life after a lengthy illness on Monday, August 24th, 2020 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. He was born in Hinsdale, Illinois on November 9th, 1932 to Carl Jensen and Fern Carlson Jensen.

Dale was an avid fisherman. He loved spending time fishing on Bull Shoals Lake, whether from his boat dock, his pontoon boat, his bass boat or the boat he designed and built, the DJ. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his Ranger Boat family where he worked for 44 years. His time spent at Ranger was a big part of his life. Dale loved spending as much time as he could with his sons. He was instrumental in helping them establish their businesses, Metalogic in 1990 and Universal Pultrusions in 2003. It gave him much joy and pride to work with them and see what they could accomplish together. Dale was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Fern Jensen; and his beloved wife of 60 years, Shirley Elliott Jensen.

Survivors include his two sons, Keith Jensen and wife Shannon of Marshall and Kevin Jensen and wife Wanda of Bruno; his beloved grandchildren, Kendra Jensen of Cotter, Kelsey Jensen of Salt Lake City, Utah, Kolton Jensen and wife Kimber of Flippin and Shelby Jensen of Mountain Home; his sisters, Dawn Weckler, Jackie Amundson, Jeri Gjertson, all of Wisconsin and Robin Blackstone and husband John of Arlington, Texas; and several nieces, nephews, other dear family and friends who will also mourn his passing.

Graveside services for Dale will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 26th, 2020 at Red Hill Cemetery near Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. James Horton officiating. Interment will follow the service, where Dale will be laid to rest beside his wife, Shirley. At the family's request, in lieu of flowers please make donations to Red Hill Cemetery, PO Box 413, Marshall, AR 72650.
