Kenneth "Mutt" Watts of Marshall, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at the age of 83. Kenneth was born in Searcy County on July 25, 1936 to father, Elmer Watts and mother, Osta Curtis Watts.

The oldest of six children, Kenneth did not have the opportunity for much formal education. He worked beside his family in the strawberry patch, logging timber and picking cotton. He left Arkansas for Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 18, with only $20 in his pocket, learning the drywall trade and leading to a long career in construction.

Kenneth married Deloris "Jo" Duncan Watts on July 29, 1957. They settled in the south suburbs of Chicago and had three amazing children: Susan, Mark, and Stacia

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers' Mack Watts (Nancy Belle) and Johnny Watts (Shirley); and his son, Mark Watts (Kortney).

He is survived by his wife Jo of almost 63 years; brothers Rex Watts (Mary Ann); Danny Watts (Kathy) and sister Mary Katherine Watts Patrick (Ron); children Susan Watts Guzinski and Stacia Watts Pepper (Cliff); grandchildren Jordan Guzinski, Nicholas Watts (Holly), Arielle Watts, and Michaela Watts; six nephews and one beautiful niece.

A memorial is planned for Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 11:00am at Harriet of Assembly of God Church, 223 East. Highway 14, Harriet, AR 72639.
