Ross Spurlock, 56, of Maumelle passed away on July 6, 2020 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born on August 23, 1963 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Herman and Esther Pulley Spurlock.

He was a 1982 graduate of Harding Academy in Searcy, Arkansas and attended Harding University.

Ross worked as a Wildlife Enforcement Officer for the Arkansas Games and Fish Commission for over 32 years. He was very proud to protect and serve his community and the state of Arkansas. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing and was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his son, Ryan Spurlock of Maumelle, and brothers, Mike (Lindsey) Spurlock of Russellville, and Steve (Kathy) Spurlock of Judsonia.

Visitation will be at 11:00AM-1:00PM at Valley Baptist Church in Searcy, Arkansas, followed by the funeral beginning at 1:00PM.

Interment with full honors will be held at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy. All services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy.

Roller-Daniel is complying with the Arkansas Department of Health Guidelines and Social Distancing will be observed.
