George "G" Washington Brown, 84, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 4, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 15, 1935 in Clinton, Arkansas to the late John and Artie (Treece) Brown.

G was a wonderful husband, a devoted and loving father, and cherished grandpa. If you knew you him, you couldn't help but love him. He didn't look for anything but the good in people and he loved with everything in him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandsons; Gary, Matthew, great-grandson, Stone Lee, sister, Ilene Kirkendoll, brothers; Lester and AJ Brown, nephew, James Kirkendoll, and great-nephew, Alex.

Left to treasure his memory are his wife of 47 years, Geneva Brown, one son, Ricky Brown, three daughters; Susie Allen, Vicki Tester, Rebecca Flower, ten grandchildren; Valerie, Veronica, Vanessa, Benton III, Christopher, Brian, Belinda, Dalton, Buddy, Ricky, JR., many great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be at 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Shirley, Arkansas. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 am at the church. Interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.
