Shirley Jeannette Ross Conner, age 69, of Little Rock died Wednesday, February 1, 2006. She was born July 16, 1936 at DeValls Bluff, a daughter of the late Walter Earl and Marion McClung Ross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Cleo Earl Ross and Billy Joe Ross and an infant sister, Marion Earlene Ross.
She is survived by two brothers and their wives, Jimmy Dale and Sandy Ross and Kenneth M. and Becky Ross and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Little Rock and the Telelinks Sunday School Class. She was an employee of Easter Seals from 1958 until 1978 and also had served on the advisory board of LINKS Paratransit.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 4, 2006 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel (501)224-8300 with Reverend Jim Foster officiating. Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
